Rituel gratuit pour Mabon

Mabon symbolizes balance but also the transition which marks the return of darkness and cold months. On this Sabbath, we can look back on our needs, purify our home, sort out our personal belongings or improve the decoration of our home.

It is also the time of the second harvest. Apples are one of the traditional foods of this holiday, along with corn, squash, carrots and potatoes. I suggest you integrate this food into the ritual in order to thank Mother Earth for her generosity. If you feel like it, take the time to go pick this apple yourself in an orchard and enjoy a moment in nature.

To do this ritual you will need:
-An apple
-A small piece of paper
-A pencil
-A 4 ” orange chime candle
-A thread of small cord of your choice
-Apple blossom essential oil or other essential oil of your choice
-Rose and Rosemary
-Frankincense

During a meditation, think about a project that you would like to complete.
Then anoint your candle with pple blossom essential oil before rolling it in the rose and rosemary.
Take the apple and carve a small hole on top to insert the candle. You can also engrave symbols or runes on it.
Light your incense and your candle and keep in mind your intention to finalize your project by writing it down on the piece of paper.
Let the candle and the incense burn completely.

Cut the apple in half so that it reveals the pentacle symbol in its center. Insert the paper between the two pieces of apples and bring them together by tying them with the thread.
Make two knots to symbolize the union of your inner power with that of nature in order to materialize your desire and make room for something new.

Recite the following invocation:
“Me, (Your name) , ask the forces of nature to unite with me to give me strength and motivation,
May the obtacles on my way be lifted to make place for solutions,
To carry out my objective in perfect efficiency,
May it be complete in the next three months ahead of me
Awen!”

Bury or throw your apple in the water as an offering and appreciation by saying;

” Me (Your name) , deposit here my offering to the forces of nature,
To show gratitude for everything you’ve done for me until now,
And to thank you for continuing to accompany me in my request until the next Sabbath
Awen!”
